Gose originated from the town of Goslar in Lower Saxony, Germany (although it is more associated today with the city of Leipzig). This beer is named after our head brewer and co-founder Kevin’s great-grandfather who was the Mayor of Goslar from 1949-52 and 1958-68. Pfaffendorf is an original style Gose brewed to the traditional recipe with the addition of coriander and salt, which gives a gentle balance of spice and tartness- extremely refreshing.

440ml Can

Ingredients: Malted WHEAT, Malted BARLEY, Hops, Yeast, Coriander, Sea Salt
